At Defeat Extremists, we defeat far-right republican extremists. Our goal is to make sure that republicans understand there is a political cost to hatred and bigotry. By 2028 our goal is to beat every last extremist republican.

What we do

  • Too often democrats wait too late to bring the fight to radical republicans. Voters will never change their minds overnight. We need to persuade voters, long-term, that the extremists who represent them in congress are not representing their best interests.

  • We’re 100% powered by grassroots donors because we believe that this movement should not have to answer to the interests of large corporations or big donors. We strongly believe in the power of collective action.

  • We believe that there is no district too difficult for democrats to win. Pollsters get this wrong time and time again: we can win anywhere at the right time, with the right message, and the right amount of resources.

  • With your help, we can become the only 100% grassroots led organization solely dedicated to defeating radical republican extremists. Other organizations have a lot of different priorities. Ours is targeted: Defeat Republican Extremists.

Our tactics are responsive to the specific challenges of defeating these republicans. We know that the same old democratic toolbox may not work in rural Georgia.

We are nimble and data oriented. We know in a post-COVID world, we will not win elections in Florida by paying for expensive office space in DC.
